Our boutique vinaigrette base, formulated in collaboration with a small Sonoma agricultural-supply boutique. Bright, herbal, with the unmistakable mid-palate of organophosphate.
Hollis features this in his Lye-Cured Coleslaw. The coleslaw, as he points out, kills two things at once.
Sold in 375ml bottles with a chalkboard label so you can write the date you opened it. We recommend writing it in pencil so the rest of the bottle does not survive long enough to need it.
