We polish the wood-grain accents of Studio 7B with this exact bottle, and Gus Dornberg uses it on his pilaf. The label is the same on both. There has been some confusion.
Petroleum distillates, lemon oil, and a finishing wax that gives rice a remarkable sheen. Network food safety has reviewed this product four times. Their reports are sealed.
Available in 8oz pumps. The pump dispenses approximately one tablespoon, which is — and we cannot stress this enough — far too much for any actual cuisine.
Approximately three of every four bottles are food-adjacent. We cannot tell you which one yours is.
