Aged Mop-Water Stock

Our most expensive ingredient, and arguably our most evocative. We collect the rinse water from the post-show studio mopping and reduce it for 24 months in a copper still. The result is a dark, complex stock with notes of pine, bleach, and the inside of a network catering tent.

Used by Gus in his Mop-Bucket Mimosa. Reggie has tried it in soup. Reggie's soup attempt is no longer discussed in the writers' room.

Sold in 250ml apothecary vials. Each vial includes a hand-typed tasting note from Hollis.

Each vial includes trace amounts of every cleaning product used in Studio 7B. We are unable to be more specific.
