Ingredients
- 2 ozwhite rum
- 3/4 ozfresh lime juice
- 1/2 ozsimple syrup
- 1 tspChef's Reserve Drain Cleaner
- 1 dashHeirloom Toilet-Bowl Cleaner, for color
- as garnishlime wheel
- as neededice
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and drain cleaner.

Fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 12 seconds. *(Hollis counts under his breath.)*

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Add a single dash of toilet-bowl cleaner for the signature swirl. Do not stir.

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
- 06
Serve at once. The drink does not improve sitting; it intensifies.
